  REG: SUPREME BUILDERS MILLER PARKWAY This is the worst renting experience of my life!!!! The staff is disgustingly rude and they do NOT keep up with maintenance. I have complained about the toilet that continuously leaks water several times and they keep doing cheap fixes to cover it up. But instead of fixing it....they keep acting like they come in and fix it. All the appliances are so old it makes my energy come up to the roof!!!! Also one day the water heater leak and the carpet was disgusting because all the dirty water the water heater spilled on it, instead of washing the carpet the same day they leave and don’t tell me anything about why they aren’t taking care of it the same day. I have kids in the apartment obviously is not safe for my kids to step on that kind of liquid. Yet next morning at 8am while I was sleeping I hear a Knock JUST ONE KNOCK!!! And a bunch of guys enter my apartment!!! I totally freak out since I was in my pajamas and my daughter was in a towel only because she had gotten out the shower! They still trying to walk next to me and I yelled to get out of my apartment and they were refusing because they said they had approval for the owner to come in! What kind of BS was that! I didn’t care and told them if they didn’t get out I was going to call the police. I didn’t call but I did do a police report recently just in case they tried to do the same again. The owner just don’t care at all about his tenant and my privacy. When I start complaining about all of the maintenance problems I have experienced, I get anonymous noise complaints?????? They would rather get rid of you then pay to fix necessities that are expensive. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! This was the worst place i have ever lived!!! Ghetto gangsters and thugs is all you will encounter here!! Back when I moved here it was peaceful but now Supreme Builders don’t care who they get into this apartments. Do not move here!!!! The apartment conditions are not worth the price you pay!!! the garbage in the hallways grossed me out, along with all pot smoking in the hallways. I have problems with the ten people that live above me...He doesn't work, so she likes to blare the TV all night and vacuum at 11-12 while I'm trying to sleep because I have to work... to pay my bills...my RENT!!! Not fair at all His plays really loud music in the basement I can literally hear everything and I know for sure the managers hear all this noise. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!
